How do I book an appointment?
Simply create an account, add your pet's information, browse groomers in your area, and book directly through our platform.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your client dashboard.
How do payments work?
You pay your groomer directly for services. PawGroom is a free platform for clients - we only handle groomer subscriptions for business accounts.
How do I become a groomer on PawGroom?
Click on "Join as Groomer" in the top navigation, fill out your business information, and we'll review your application within 2-3 business days.
